Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store.
• Answer questions and provide information on store merchandise.
• Sell merchandise and advise customers on price and features.
• Provide merchandise knowledge and recommend alternatives or accessories.
• Assist customers in ordering specialized merchandise as needed.
• Offer and/or participate in customer carry-outs.
• Assist with receiving and displaying merchandise following policies.
• Answer telephones and handle routine inquiries.
• Perform general floor maintenance and housekeeping.
• Participate in inventory cycle activities.
• Move material using hand trucks, pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management related to customer service, merchandising and handling of products.
