Job summary

Dollar General is seeking aStore Associate to act as the first point of contact for customers, stock merchandise, and maintain attractive displays. You will process purchases, handle cash transactions, and help customers locate items across a fast-paced retail floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and receive merchandise.
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves; build displays.
• Rotate and restock stock; maintain clean store areas.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
• Greet customers and process purchases at the cash register.
• Collect payments and make change; bag items.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
• Ensure front-end cleanliness and sidewalk display setup when needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
