Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Sales Associate to be a customer-facing point of contact, helping customers locate and purchase merchandise, and operating the cash register. Qualifications

• Interpersonal and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment and make change.
• Follow merchandising processes: unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Clean/store upkeep: trash, floors, restrooms, receiving area; assist with sidewalk displays.
