Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
• Basic cash handling procedures and math skills.
• Ability to operate IBM cash register functions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise on the sales floor or in stock rooms.
• Build and rotate merchandise displays; ensure plan-o-gram compliance.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answer questions.
• Operate cash register, itemize purchases, and bag merchandise.
• Restock and maintain store cleanliness including floors, restrooms, and stockroom.
• Support ordering merchandise using handheld scanners as needed.
