Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales floor is well stocked and presented.
• Interact with customers and provide assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and restrooms.
• Merchandise floor to standard (categorized, colorized, sized).
• Provide excellent customer service and follow the 10-foot rule.
• Rotate unsold product to refresh selection.
• Identify e-commerce product items from floor for processing.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures.
• Cross-train in other areas and back up for others.
