Hours: 6 AM - Weekend availability

Pay up to $21 / hour based on experience

Position Summary: The purpose of this role is to sell and merchandise products within designated accounts. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating shelved products, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain merchandising standards and rotate products in designated accounts.
• Build relationships with the customer's management team to maximize sales opportunities.
• Sell promotional plans aligned with business objectives.
• Overcome customer objections and promote incremental opportunities.
• Implement promotional strategies for new brands and packages.
• Develop and train Merchandisers.
• Track order activity and performance against goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as delivery and merchandising.

Qualifications
