Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Merchandiser for the Waterbury, CT and Western CT area. You will travel to local grocery stores to set up displays, restock shelves, and ensure shelves reflect planograms.

The role requires daily travel and flexible weekend/holiday availability, with paid training and weekly pay. Quality candidates will have strong math and customer service skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines while traveling between stores in

Position Overview

As a Merchandiser with Davidson Specialty Foods, you will become a key part of ensuring that local grocery stores have stocked shelves and can continue to supply their consumers.

Job Description

• Pay: $19 – $21/hr (Based on relevant experience)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Territory: Waterbury, CT & Western CT (Watertown, Southbury, Naugatuck, Newtown, Southington, Bristol, Wilton, New Milford, New Fairfield)
• 10% travel to Central CT & Northwest

Schedule

• 5-day work week (flexibility needed for weekends/holidays)
• Flex start: 7:00am – 3:30pm; 8:00am – 4:00pm; 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory
• Assist with new display setups and reset existing displays of product
• Pack out grocery orders when needed
• Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly
• Clean, straighten, and organize shelves
• Remain accountable to completion of work by assigned due dates
• Ensure transportation to get to and from work
