Job summary

Advantage Solutions is looking for individuals to help shape the future of shopping experiences. In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and interpersonal interactions.
• Comfortable working with customers and management in a retail environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
