Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks an in-store merchandiser in Mansfield, MA. You will help build displays, reset shelves, and rotate stock to maximize sales while engaging with customers and store staff. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth are available.

No prior experience is required; candidates must be 18+, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation is preferred. Benefits options include wellness programs and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store staff and management to meet shoppers’ needs and ensure proper product placement.
