Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks in-store merchandisers to help retailers shape shopping experiences in Mansfield, MA. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and monitor inventory while delivering outstanding customer service.

We welcome applicants 18+ with a customer-first mindset, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation. Training and team support are provided, with opportunities for additional hours and career growth.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
