Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Lancaster Store is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a framing team, drive custom framing sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach staff, schedule workloads, and ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed while achieving store KPIs.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience and familiarity with framing products. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings in a public retail environment.

Drive custom framing sales.
