What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a retail sales team to achieve sales and merchandising objectives within the assigned geographical area
- Evaluate sales personnel performance through regular in-field work and analysis of KPIs against targets
- Develop action plans to address identified performance gaps
- Manage all assigned budgets within approved guidelines
- Represent Retail Sales in account banner meetings and category presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingualism in English and French
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience
- Strong problem-solving, strategic business thinking, and analytical skills
- Proven experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience developing territory-level business plans
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
