Retail Sales Manager, MWT| AT&T Authorized Retailer - Bronx, NY (Bilingual/Spanish)

Join Millennium Wireless Technology, Inc. as a Retail Sales Manager, MWT| AT&T Authorized Retailer - Bronx, NY (Bilingual/Spanish).

Pay Range: $64,625 - $129,440 per year (based on skills and experience). Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performance team in a busy retail environment, managing sales, recruiting, coaching, and developing staff to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience and maintaining store operations.

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily store operations and sales performance.
2. Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
3. Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
4. Maintain excellent customer service standards.
5. Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of successful retail wireless sales experience.
• Management experience with at least 3 direct reports.
• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly, including travel and standing for extended periods.
