Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks a proactive Retail Sales Manager to lead our teams across retail locations. You will drive daily sales performance, coach associates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced wireless environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required)
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
• Language English (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work retail hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM
• Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store performance through effective management and hands-on leadership
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
• Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
