Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Sales Manager Trainee in Virginia Beach to join a six-to-nine month structured training program designed to prepare you for success as a future Sales Manager. During the program you will gain hands-on experience through in-store learning and rotations, working with seasoned managers and sales consultants.

You will help lead a commission-based sales team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and develop as a leader through coaching, performance analysis, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with strong performance results.
• Ability to execute long- and short-term sales strategies effectively.
• Skilled in developing action plans to drive team performance.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and influence others.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support store operations.
