Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Georgia seeks an Assistant Manager (full-time) to lead a high-performing retail team and take pride in delivering results. You will be empowered to guide daily operations and develop staff through hands-on leadership, ensuring customer satisfaction and store success.

The position offers an hourly wage of $26.75–$29.43, eligibility for a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and PTO/paid holidays.

• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. The anticipated range for this position is $26.75 – $29.43 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
