Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) in a retail store. The role offers a competitive hourly range and eligibility for a monthly bonus.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Expected schedule spans early to late hours (6am–10pm) with paid time off, benefits, and a company-matched 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service

• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. The anticipated range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
