Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager in Rogers, AR. You will lead a high-performing team, model professional service, and ensure a safe, organized store while promoting growth opportunities.

The role offers a salary range of $23.50–$25.85 per hour, with a monthly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability and a 401(k) plan. PTO up to 152 hours annually and 64 hours of sick time are provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert and model great place to work behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.

The anticipated range for this position is $23.50 – $25.85 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
