Harbor Freight Tools in Glenwood Springs, CO seeks an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high-performing retail team. This position offers $32.00–$35.20 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience, plus eligibility for a monthly bonus.

The role requires recent leadership experience and a passion for advancing in retail. You’ll lead, coach, and develop others, maintain a safe, organized store, and model professional customer service while driving store

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. The anticipated range for this position is $32.00 – $35.20 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.
