Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager in Payson, AZ for a full-time role. The position offers a salary range of $25.25–$27.78 per hour, with eligibility for a monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401k.

Associates accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year and paid sick time up to 64 hours. Schedule supports 6am–10pm hours, with opportunities for promotion and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.

The anticipated range for this position is $25.25 – $27.78 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
