Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Garland, TX is looking for an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high performing team. You will lead store operations, coach staff, and model excellent customer service during early to late hours.

This role offers an hourly pay range of $26.50–$29.15, plus a monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package for associates and families, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. The anticipated range for this position is $26.50 – $29.15 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
