Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high-performing team in retail.

You will bring recent leadership experience and be empowered to model professional customer service, while driving store operations and a great work environment. The role offers a monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401k, with PTO hours accrued.

• Ensure and model professional customer service.

• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. The anticipated range for this position is $28.25 – $31.08 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
