My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates focused on delivering a best‑in‑class customer service experience and building a loyal client base.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Training and leading a team to exceed sales targets.
• Supervising daily store operations, hiring, scheduling, and coaching staff.
• Achieving location goals by coaching team members to meet company Key Performance Indicators.
• Maintaining staffing through employee retention, recruitment, and development.
• Building a steady client base through ethical and customer‑centric practices.
• Establishing business accounts and partnering with AT&T Signature team for community events.
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment through inventory counts and merchandising standards.
• Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements to uphold location stability and reputation.
• Keeping professional knowledge current through workshops, publications, and networks.

Physical Demands

The position requires standing, walking, and moving around for prolonged periods, occasionally lifting objects up to 10 pounds, reaching with hands and arms, and climbing or balancing on ladders. The employee must also use visual focus for small parts and monitor a computer screen for prolonged periods.
