Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager to join a high-performing retail team. You will use your leadership experience to empower staff, deliver outstanding service, and help drive store success across early morning to late evening shifts.

The role offers a competitive hourly range of $27.00–$29.70, a monthly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, a company 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities

• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model "Great Place To Work" behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. The anticipated range for this position is $27.00-$29.70 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
