Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Lebanon, Missouri seeks an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high-performing team. You will be empowered and equipped to lead, serve customers, and drive store success with a focus on reliable leadership in retail.

Our Assistant manager (full-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. The anticipated range for this position is $24.00 – $26.40 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.

Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.
