Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Ardmore, OK is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager to lead daily operations and coach associates for outstanding customer service.

You will oversee merchandising, safety compliance, inventory control, and scheduling to meet business needs, while upholding Harbor Freight standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management/leadership.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, e-mail, and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able to become forklift certified per IIPP requirements.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
