Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Duluth, MN is seeking a full-time associate to help customers find the right tools and keep shelves stocked. You’ll work in a busy store and provide friendly service to every guest.

We value clear communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be 18+, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds while on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, and associates.
• Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP.
