Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Business Management Associate for Retail and Pet Sales within North America Retail. You will rotate through roles designed to develop foundational selling, analytics, and relationship-building skills across grocery, club, and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, open to all majors.
• Graduation in December 2026 or May 2027 preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Selling and influencing: develop foundational selling skills and product knowledge.
• Analytics: use business analytics to provide insights for decision-makers.
• Sales support: inform strategy with customer needs and analytics.
• Relationship building: engage across cross-functional projects and networks.
• NA Retail growth: help deliver profitable growth in grocery, club, drug and convenience channels.
