Job summary

Claire’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canton, OH to lead daily store sales, engage customers with styling guidance, and participate in piercing services training. You will support operations, inventory control, and team coaching while promoting Claire’s fashion-forward brand.

A passion for customer delight and self-expression is essential. The role requires at least 1 year of retail management experience; willingness to undergo piercing training; strong communication and math skills;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Strong customer service and sales skills required.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift 25–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales by delivering exceptional customer experience and promoting promotions to maximize revenue.
• Engage customers with styling advice and upsell add-ons to enhance the shopping journey.
• Train as a piercing specialist and provide safe, professional experiences.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, handle transactions efficiently, and ensure attractive merchandising.
• Train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and top-notch service.
• Represent Claire's with enthusiasm and stay current with fashion trends to drive product recommendations.
