Job summary

WHBM in Edinburgh, IN is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer‑centered environment. You will drive store performance, mentor teammates, and partner with leaders to deliver memorable experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You will guide operations, coaching, and scheduling while promoting product knowledge and an omni‑channel approach to sales.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, opening and closing tasks.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share brand priorities with teams.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and feedback, and collaborate with leadership.
