Harbor Freight Tools in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high-performing retail team. You will lead by example, coach others, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, organized store.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage ($25.25–$27.78) with a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life), a 401(k) with company match, PTO up to 152 hours, and opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
• Other duties as assigned
