Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a full-time Supervisor in Fort Worth to lead a high-performing retail team. You will model professional customer service, maintain store standards, and cross-train across operations while coaching others.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year experience in retail leadership role.
• Clear communication with customers and associates in person, email, and phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification as required by company policy.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
