Position Summary:

We are opening a new store location in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

As a Sales Leader, you are responsible for maintaining customer service standards and resolving operational issues when the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader are unavailable. This is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establish excellent customer service standards and lead by example.
  • Collaborate with and lead the sales team in setting priorities, daily tasks, and delegating responsibilities.
  • Identify and communicate team and store needs to the leadership team.
  • Support store operations alongside the store leader team as needed.
  • Use creative approaches to engage customers with products; demonstrate how to wear clothing and explore different styling options.
  • Contribute to back-of-house functions with strong understanding and ability.
  • Participate in training and mentoring of new and current team members, focusing on nurturing talent and growth.
  • Develop creative solutions for situations when store leaders are absent.
  • Maintain high standards for sales floor presentation and merchandise.
  • Assist with store merchandising and visual presentation, being open to experimentation and new ideas.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
