Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Guide, also known as a Retail Sales Leader, for our Guideshop. This role is customer-obsessed, fit-focused, incentive-driven, and a sales powerhouse. You will use your product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a unique retail setting, offering a full wardrobe of men's clothing for every occasion. Our appointment-based, personalized service is a new retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
2. Coach Guides during shifts to ensure high-quality service.
3. Execute opening and closing Guideshop duties.
4. Lead and assume management responsibilities when the Guideshop Manager is unavailable.
5. Support budget, payroll, and procedural compliance.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of retail or sales leadership experience or relevant background.
• Consistently meet personal and store sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of men's fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Eager to learn about men's fashion and fit.
• Ability to foster a welcoming, genuine environment.
• Enthusiastic about coaching and leading by example.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and confident in networking and generating leads.

Benefits and Compensation

Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
