Furniture Mart USA is seeking an experienced retail leader to join our Minnesota team. This full-time role focuses on supervising and developing sales staff, delivering outstanding customer service, and upholding merchandising standards.

You will coordinate training, manage schedules including evenings and weekends, and drive store performance while maintaining a friendly, team-oriented environment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, base salary with commission, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail sales environment with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Ability to lead, coach and train others and communicate effectively.
• Merchandising knowledge and problem-solving in customer service scenarios.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office and general computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
