We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic retail talent who love interacting with guests and are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

As Sales Lead (Part-time Seasonal), you will:

1. Provide exceptional guest service and support the store management team in daily operations.
2. Ensure that our guests have the best shopping experience ever.
3. Engage with guests to create an entertaining, fun, exciting, and memorable experience.

Position Preferences / Requirements:

1. Prior retail keyholder, supervisory, cash-handling, and customer service experience required.
2. Strong merchandising skills are a must.
3. Ability to work irregular schedules including weekdays, weekends, evenings until 10:30 pm, and holidays.
4. Enjoy interacting with people of all ages.
5. Ability to proactively engage and demonstrate products to customers in a positive, welcoming manner, and effectively communicate product features.
6. Be welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards guests, team members, and venue staff.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands; occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to occasionally use ladders and lift up to 25 lbs.
