Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a natural leader who loves the store environment. They should be passionate, organized, confident, creative, friendly, adaptable, and capable of high performance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers and team members are essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Align with organizational goals and collaborate with the Store Manager to make strategic decisions.
  2. Implement sales strategies and initiatives to promote growth across all categories.
  3. Manage productivity, holding oneself and the team accountable for sales targets.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador through local market engagement and mall activities.
  5. Resolve customer issues proactively, partnering with management as needed.
  6. Enhance product knowledge within the team and stay updated on all in-store products.
  7. Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly team activities to meet sales goals and foster growth.
  8. Provide performance feedback, coaching, and constructive criticism to team members and store management.
Qualifications
  1. Over two years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  2. Passion for empowering and motivating team members.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  4. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  5. High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  6. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  7. Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  9. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and transport stock as needed.
Additional Details

Pay range: $15-$16 per hour.
