THE POSITION

Our friendly and enthusiastic team creates fun and surprises as they interact with guests to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

As SALES LEAD (Part-time Seasonal), you will:

• Provide outstanding guest service and support the store management team in daily operations
• Ensure our guests have the best shopping experience possible
• Engage with guests to create an entertaining, fun, exciting, and memorable experience

Qualifications:

• Experience as a retail keyholder, supervisor, with cash handling and customer service
• Strong merchandising skills
• Ability to work irregular schedules including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Enjoy interacting with people of all ages
• Proactively engage and demonstrate products to customers in a positive, welcoming manner
• Be friendly, positive, and engaging towards guests, team members, and staff

Physical Demands – The physical requirements necessary to perform this role include:

• Standing, walking, and using hands frequently
• Reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally
• Frequently lifting and moving up to 40 pounds
