Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Lead-Sales Consultant in York, SC to deliver high quality sales that exceed benchmarks and drive revenue for handsets, plans, features and accessories. You will mentor new hires, model best practices, and support management in daily operations.

Responsibilities include adherence to policies, proficiency with systems, inventory accuracy, and accurate time/attendance. Minimum 30 hours weekly, ability to stand long periods, and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
