Qualifications

• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.).
• Ability to engage customers and interact with staff and partners in a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community initiatives.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet or exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.
