Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Answer questions regarding merchandise, promotions, store policies, and local information.
• Build customer engagement through active listening and strong product knowledge.
• Maintain familiarity with inventory, new arrivals, and featured merchandise.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
• Support sales growth through effective product recommendations and upselling.
• Coach and support Sales Associates in delivering a positive customer experience.
• Assist with training and development of new team members.
