Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Lead in Orlando who will create an inviting store environment, coach sell behaviors, and drive sales while ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You’ll manage daily store operations, uphold policies, and mentor associates to deliver the Famous Footwear brand experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a passion for shoes to help every guest find the perfect fit and feel the Famous Feeling.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
