• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and providing clear direction to the team.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals and brand standards.
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment as part of daily operations.
