Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the sales floor and stockroom.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities like cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
