American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, start conversations, and educate them about home comfort solutions while generating qualified leads.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, UNCAPPED commission, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Join the ARS team today.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
