Job summary

Le Creuset is hiring a Retail Sales Lead in Conroe, TX to drive sales and coach associates, acting as a Manager-on-Duty as needed. You will ensure customer-first service, product expertise, and strong teamwork to deliver premium brand experiences.

The role requires retail leadership experience, a passion for cooking and entertaining, and flexibility to work 32–40 hours per week onsite. This is a full-time, onsite position at our Conroe store.

As our sales lead, you are a critical member of our retail store leadership team. Your primary role is to support the store in delivering excellence in sales, service, and operations. As a results-driven leader, you love to sell, and you coach our sales associates to become customer service and product knowledge experts. You go out of your way to create joyful Brand experiences for our customers and find ways to celebrate great team performance.

• Lead and Inspire: Drive sales and KPI performance through active coaching, acting as Manager-on-Duty, and fostering strong partnerships with your team and leadership
• Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Role model selling behaviors, build customer loyalty through personalized service, and share expertise in cooking, baking, and entertaining
• Execute with Excellence: Oversee daily operations including cash handling, merchandising, inventory control, and ensure visual standards while adapting to changing business needs

• Prior retail sales and supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authentic passion around cooking, baking, and entertaining
