Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist with POS issues.
• Follow store opening/closing procedures.
• Assist banking and reporting tasks including deposits and cash handling.
• Execute strategies to meet sales goals and manage product rotation.
• Coordinate with central warehouse on orders for next day processing.
• Maintain store appearance and safety, ensuring displays follow layouts.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with store management on operations and incidents.
• Help protect store resources and prevent shrinkage through proper procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Maintain flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Payrate: $16.00/hour
