Jockey International, Inc. in Waterloo, NY is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service, help achieve store goals, and assist with opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, handling transactions, promoting rewards programs, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. Previous retail leadership and a passion for guest service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
