Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives
• Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts as scheduled to monitor and motivate team
• Engage customers with product knowledge and resolve inquiries or issues
• Coach team to deliver high levels of customer service and drive sales
• Monitor store labor and adjust as needed to meet plan or business needs
• Ensure adherence to KPI tracking and reporting for the store
