• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and achievements valued most.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in maximizing store sales by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric environment and model selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager.
